We support this mission with the implementation of many fine recreation and leisure activities.
Help yourself and us
Sponsorship of one or more of these activities affords you an opportunity to promote your product and/or services through signage, advertising, or product displays and sampling. Please contact us regarding your sponsorship interest. Packages can be tailored to meet your individual needs! We look forward to working with you!
What is Commercial Sponsorship?
The term Commercial Sponsorship is military terminology, unique to the Department of Defense and is used to identify a program known in the civilian business community as Event Marketing or Special Events Sponsorships. A Department of Defense policy gives the Services Squadron permission to seek Commercial Sponsorship of base events, programs, and activities. Business and corporate entities can access the desirable and lucrative military market through sponsorship of Services events at Tyndall Air Force Base in exchange for public relations, advertising, and merchandising opportunities.
Two Types of Commercial Sponsorships
Solicited Sponsorships are formal competitive solicitations by the Services Squadron requesting Commercial Sponsorship of a specific Services event or program. Unsolicited Sponsorships occur when a commercial entity approaches Services activities with a sponsorship proposal to support a specific event or program. Please note that gifts, donations, or contributions are not under the Commercial Sponsorship umbrella and, therefore, will not receive the same public recognition.

The Tyndall Air Force Base community is a diverse group of individuals. The profile of our average active duty military member and family would include disposable income, a good credit history, two cars, some type of recreational pursuit, and local community involvement. Approximately 70% of the households have two or more major credit cards, bank accounts, and invest in stocks and bonds. This is the market you would be tapping into... don't miss your chance
