Sponsorship opportunities and promotion of Services activities. The marketing office coordinates publicity for all of the Services activities. This includes design and production of the 325th Services Guide, Services Page in the Gulf Defender, promotional flyers, monthly facility calendars, and event posters. Services news releases for the public affairs office are also coordinated through the marketing office. The marketing office conducts local surveys for Services programs. It also receives and interprets results from the Air Force Corporate Prism, Customer Satisfaction, and clubs surveys.
Commercial sponsorship and advertising offsets program costs of morale, welfare, and recreation elements of Services events, activities, and programs. It cannot be used to offset expenses of programs or activities of any other Air Force organizations, individual units, or private organizations (AFI 34-407).
