Sponsorship opportunities and promotion of Services activities. The marketing office coordinates publicity for all of the Services activities. This includes design and production of the 325th Services Guide, Services Page in the Gulf Defender, promotional flyers, monthly facility calendars, and event posters. Services news releases for the public affairs office are also coordinated through the marketing office. The marketing office conducts local surveys for Services programs. It also receives and interprets results from the Air Force Corporate Prism, Customer Satisfaction, and clubs surveys. Commercial sponsorship and advertising offsets program costs of morale, welfare, and recreation elements of Services events, activities, and programs. Cash, in-kind sponsorship and advertising are always appreciated. Only Services programs may use the commercial sponsorship program. It cannot be used to offset expenses of programs or activities of any other Air Force organizations, individual units, or private organizations (AFI 34-407).

Base Marquees

The Services Squadron marketing office coordinates use of the base marquees located at the gates. Contact the office to have a marquee request form faxed to you. The priority order of messages is as follows: Wing commander directed, mission-essential (FPCON, HURCON, etc.), protocol, official organization/squadron, services' activities, private organizations, public service announcements.

Good customer service means satisfied customers. In addition to Air Education and Training Command Customer Service Training that is open to the base, the Services training office coordinates squadron employee training. Employee orientation, Violence in the Work Place, Anti-Robbery and DRAM Shop are among the training courses provided. Training videos, books and programs may be checked out by facility managers. We also offer the above training to other organizations.

Personnel departing the base on permanent change of station orders receive clearance through the Non -appropriated Funds Control office. This office also handles returned check reconciliation.

Private Organization

Private groups or organizations that wish to operate on Tyndall Air Force Base must be registered with 325th Services Squadron. The resource management office can give you details about registration requirements.

Readiness

The focal point of all mobility requirements. Active duty military that are assigned to the Services Squadron receive required training from Readiness. This office is in charge of handling and setting up specialty teams for our squadron during natural disasters (hurricane watch teams, base recovery teams, ride-out elements, etc.) It also trains and maintains a Search and Recovery team which can be called out in case of any natural disaster or an aircraft mishap.

Mortuary Affairs

This office provides services for Active Duty deaths and their dependents, helps with travel arrangements for the next of kin, and helps with the personal property of the deceased. This office trains and assists the Family Liaison Officer and the Summary Court Officer that are appointed to all active duty cases.
